L.P. Sloan

I once asked L. P. Sloan what the one most significant quality of her life has been, and    without hesitation she replied, "Good fortune!"

"I was fortunate enough to be born into a family sufficiently sane to rear healthy children, but crazy enough to be interesting!  I was fortunate enough to have four astounding children of my own!  And now I find myself fortunate enough to see, at last, my life-long dreams come true.  I'm now doing what I always wanted to do, and I consider that pure, unadulterated good fortune!"
